About 15 million children and youth are in formal school in Uganda and 8.6 million are either in school or in out of school that means not enjoy full time education as their fellow age-mates. FHL would like to counter drop-out rates and also support education systems in the most wanting districts and regions of the Uganda with scholastic material grants, access fee grant, institution support for system development and use of shared infrastructure to improve service delivery and lower cost of service. This allows more children to go to school and to complete their education. At the same time, it improves the quality of education.
